Spinners Pizza — Restaurant in Moss Vale

My experience was a little off putting as soon as I approached the shop. I noticed a job ad in the window for a delivery driver, with the statement "Don't waste our time", which made me think that the management don't seem to care for the staff very much. The ordering process was fine, but when I was stated that my total was $21 I thought that was how much the total actually was. My card was processed for $22 without my consent. After reading the previous review, apparently the staff don't need to advise the customers, (whom are who keep this business afloat mind you), that there is a $1 surcharge for eftpos transactions....it's 2016, cashless transactions are here, this shop needs to get with the times, absorb the cost, don't penalise eftpos users, and a little sign at the door and a note at the bottom of the menu is not sufficient, how about a little face to face customer interaction, it goes a long way. The responses to negative reviews on here are a little childish and in now way show that this business place it's customers as their first priority. Rather than blaming the customes (who again, keep this business running) this business should use the criticism constructively, and actually listen to what their customers want. Wanted a large pizza but half and half option wasn't available so I got a family - which is HUGE. very thick, doughy base, loaded with toppings and cheese. Came out slightly underdone.

Got half meat lovers, half Aussie. Couldn't locate any egg on the Aussie which was disappointing. The BBQ sauce drizzle on top of the meat lovers was too sweet.

Preeminent pepperoni!! Absolute best pepperoni pizza in NSW - it’s shredded & there’s loads of it, no need to ask for extra. Yes, it’s dearer than Dominoes but it’s worth it & you can fully customise your pizza! Not just choose your base, you choose how much cheese, how well cooked, etc. Good online ordering system where you can login to see your past orders & reorder your favourite. Staff are lovely.
