Polly's Pies & Pastries — Restaurant in Moss Vale

Dear Polly’s pies I will be honest with the hope that you decide to take on criticism with an open mind and a possibility to change. The service and shop layout deserves 5 start but the pies were some of the worst I have ever had and I love a good pie. The pie was charged at a premium price of $6.20 for this I was expecting an extraordinary pie, to my dissatisfaction I found a below ordinary pie. There was so much pastry and hardly any mince. In all honestly it felt like there was just a tea spoon of mince put in maybe I just got a bad batch. I had ordered a cheese and bacon pie the cheese side was outstanding heaps of cheese compared to other places but to my surprise there was no BACON. Either change the price or make the pie worth the cost. I will be keen to see what you all do to implement my feed back. I believe there is heaps of potential for these pies to become extraordinary and worth the premium price. I am appolegitic for my harsh feed but I hope there is change and you will see me again...

There are rumours the staff are racist towards Aboriginal people. If this is true, they definitely deserve less stars, even 1 star. However, these are only allgeations and I'm not sure if they're true. Until I know for sure I am happy to give them 5 stars and urge people to give them the benefit of the doubt. We had 5 pies and this is not the first time we had it. we drove from campbelltown to enjoy their delicious pies. We found after they moved to new place their pie no longer has the winning taste. The filling is alright but the pastry is very disappointed. The buttery and creamy pastry is gone. It's replaced by dry factory made taste pastry. I hope next time I visit them it will be better. Otherwise driving for 90 minutes to get same pie that I could get in coles is just...
