i very rarely will leave negative reviews for places but after reading some of these reviews i can agree with the others saying that the customer service here is really poor.
i went up to order some of the honey cube toast, so i say that that is what i would like to the server. she then very quietly whispers one word âice creamâ and i said âoh does it come with ice creamâ and very brashly responded âno thatâs why i asked if you would like ice cream? thatâs literally why i asked youâ
listen, i work in customer service too, and asking someone if they would like to add something to their meal is as simple as âwould you like to add ice cream? it will be x amount of dollars extraâ. this was not explained to me and along with that came the worst attitude i have felt from someone in a long time.
i understand youâre rushed, and i understand you are under the pump iâve been there. but it does not excuse making customers feel bad for asking questions that were poorly put questions to begin with.
as i exited the building she gave me a very dirty look and i felt very uncomfortable.
besides all of this the food is spectacular, but it ruins the overall experience when you are met with an abrasive and surly attitude⊠pleaseeee listen to the people. i would love to see this place do great things, i just think she needs to go do something out of this industry where she...

I went there ordered a mango bingsu and a tiramisu . I thought I ordered an icecream đŠ and a cake đ° . It turned out two icecream. I was surprised. Because when I was ordering I double checked with the girl at the counter I want an original tiramisu not a muccha cake. When the incorrect order came out their solution is sorry you already paid I can do nothing for youđ€Ź . After 5 mins discussing,they still say sorry about the misleading menu but they can doing nothing .They even suggested me to take the tiramisu icecream home or make a call to their boss . What a ridiculous suggestion to kick me out. In the end we settled with two pieces strawberry cake which were leftovers (she told me it was ordered takeaway by someone else before and he donât want it anymore.) and paid extra 3 dollars for the swapping cake .It took me a long time to bargain and spent 16 dollars for two pieces of not good looking cake . đ«Łđ«Ł

   Read moreWe were the customers that sat next to Mrs S and Ryan the night they came in. I can understand that the sitting arrangements can be quite frustrating sometimes. We were quite shocked with Ryanâs response that night. The girl did accept that it was her mistake for taking the food to the wrong table. Ryan and Mrs S and her friend admitted that they knew the food was NOT theirs and they didnât order it and still finished EVERYTHING without even being apologetic about it and blamed it on the girl. When the girl asked quite nicely if they donât mind paying for the food, the guy said âno⊠iâm goodâ with a straight face while all of his friends looked away and trying to ignore the situation. It amazed me that they did this in front of their young children. The staff handled this very well, being super understanding and thoughtful despite not needing to as they were not given respect in the first place.
