Poor management and unprofessional security guards. Issue again regarding security guard 55. Not the first time we’ve had issues with this guard.
The duty management refused to acknowledge our complaint relating to the removal of my family member for something he didn’t do.
Unfair and unprofessional business practices across the board from both venue management and the security company.
We are beyond disappointed, and we are understandably angered by the service provided.
We would like to have a discussion about this to find a means of resolution, because as you can imagine, this has ruined our trip, and has made us all feel incredibly uncomfortable.
Saw the removal of 20 guests after a dinner meant to celebrate a 21st to which we were looking forward to continue drinking to which was cut short. Unfortunate and unresolved. Considering we’d just come from the restaurant next door within the same place, this unfair treatment has resulted in a night cut short. Darren, the manager on duty, displayed a really poor effort in trying to resolve the issue.

The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and trying to force us to become a member and pay the fee even though half of us weren’t even locals, I’m not paying $20 for a membership for a place I visit not even once a year and after this not at all. Once we got through the receptionist we went in to get food, and come into contact with another incredibly rude woman, barely even spoke to us or acknowledged us when we ordered food and almost annoyed that we were there. After the service we received I was keen to at least enjoy a good meal but nope. If the sauce on the meal wasn’t canned I’d eat my hat. The meat definitely wasn’t fresh meat and wouldn’t be surprised if it was canned as well. 100% should not have been charged $30 for what we got!! Canned food is like what? $3 maximum? So should have been charged max $15. 100% won’t return again. If that’s how you treat your paying customers then I’m genuinely surprised that people return. Read moreFirst of all, I ordered my son a nugget and chip meal which came out looking good but when I cut into the chicken nugget it was very watery and had a smoochie look after looking alittle longer I realise it was still slightly pink and was still cold. I sent it back into the chef than was told I’d be charged twice for 1 kids meal because they have to cook it again. Sorry but I shouldn’t have to pay for 2 because the chef can’t cook it right the first time. If I didn’t cut into it my sons nugget first he could have ended up extremely really sick! My fried rice tasted horrible again it looked great but had a burnt taste through it as if they burnt the bottom of the pan but just took what was ok looking off the top. Only good thing was my sweet and sour pork. The young staff kept hiding around the counter on their phones instead of serving customers, we waited a fair while just to get a second drink.
