We ventured into the gnocchi making workshop, where Fabian, who learned the secrets from his Nonna, shared the authentic Italian techniques and special ingredients that make gnocchi truly exceptional.
The workshop itself was hands-on and engaging, allowing us to learn the art of making perfect gnocchi from scratch. Fabian's guidance and expertise made the process enjoyable and educational. We were delighted to taste our creations, which turned out to be delicious, homemade gnocchi.
To top it off, Jodie treated us all we to a heavenly lemon ricotta cake for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to our culinary journey.
Throughout our time at Pasta'Bah, we were surrounded by the shop displays featuring a wide range of local products and essential Italian imports. The combination of the olive trees, fairy lights, and the vibrant ambiance truly transported us to Italy, creating a truly immersive experience.
One of the highlights of the workshop was the opportunity to bring home the extra gnocchi we made. We happily packed it up to freeze for future meals, ensuring we could savor the flavors of our experience even after the workshop ended.
