This was our second visit for the lunch special. The first time, the food was excellent.
During our second visit, we were neither informed that drinks (canned beverages) were already included in the Sunday special, nor was it mentioned in the Sunday special menu on Facebook or in the restaurant menu. We had also ordered lassis separately. When we inquired about swapping the canned drinks for lassis and paying the difference, we received a curt refusal. The owner, who was busy seating another customer, did not acknowledge or apologize for the confusion.
Furthermore, the food quality was disappointing this time. The inconsistency in food quality and poor customer service are concerning. While the restaurant may have gained a small financial advantage from the drinks misunderstanding, it has likely lost several customers as a result.
We kindly request that the owner and staff take this feedback constructively and work on improving customer service and maintaining consistent food quality.

The butter chicken is to die for with hearty cheese and onion naan. I am excited to try other more things this restaurant has to offer. The ultimate comfort treat for my...
Read moreDuring our visit to Tamworth, we decided to dine at this restaurant. We tried the Bollywood non-veg platter, papdi chat, and chicken biryani. While the papdi chat was passable, we were deeply disappointed with the Bollywood non-veg platter. The meat samosa was bland and excessively greasy, the chicken tikka had an overwhelming amount of food coloring, and the seekh kebab had an off-putting smell. Additionally, the chicken biryani rice was undercooked, and the chicken itself tasted old. Despite its high Google rating of 4.7 stars, our experience left us feeling extremely...
