First and foremost, I was impressed by the attractive and friendly staff at Domino's Pizza in Umina. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home as soon as I walked through the door. Their excellent customer service skills added a personal touch to my visit, making it all the more enjoyable.

Another great aspect of this Domino's location is its convenient proximity to Woolworths. It's always a plus to have easy access to other amenities, and this was definitely a bonus for me during my visit. It made grabbing a delicious pizza from Domino's a breeze, especially if you need to pick up a few groceries afterward.

Now, let's talk about the pizzas themselves. I ordered 14 pizzas along with some extras, and I must say, they were absolutely fantastic. Bad service received at the Umina Dominos.

My 70-year-old mother visited the store to collect pizzas that had been previously ordered online but unfortunately, the full order was not received.

The issue escalated when I contacted your customer service to report the missing items and was told that my mother had received the full order. As the situation was not resolved over the phone, I drove to the store to discuss the matter directly with your staff member. Upon arrival, she maintained that the full order was given to my mother and refused to accept any responsibility for the mistake.

When requested, your representative refused to review the store's CCTV footage to verify the transaction. However, she eventually offered to remake the incomplete order after I had conveyed my concerns to her. A full refund was subsequently issued.

I believe it is essential to bring this incident to your attention, highlighting the need for improved customer service skills, accountability, and respect for customers, particularly those who may require assistance. In this case, the representative's dismissive attitude towards my mother's report was unacceptable.

I intend to file a formal complaint with your company. I kindly request that the store's CCTV footage be reviewed to confirm the details of the transaction and provide a formal apology to my mother. I hope that you will take these incidents seriously and implement measures to prevent such situations in the future.

I ordered from here a few weeks ago, and the food was on point. Everything was delivered fresh and hot to the door, everything was exactly to order. When I ordered "cheesy" garlic bread more recently, which is at a higher cost, I expected some actual cheese on it. I'm not sure what happened, but it was really disappointing. There was literally none on half of it and a few tiny bits on the other half. The rest of the meal was tasty and fresh, delivered promptly, but garlic bread was disappointing. I hope this was only a one-off error and will amend this review if that is the case. I will be ordering again to see if this was a one-off mistake or if it is common to scrimp on the toppings. I wanted to give a better rating as it seems this domino's has very good quality standards.
