Gusto — Restaurant in New South Wales

What can I say. Only half the meals for the table were ok. The other two were terrible. The Hash Stack had good flavour, however the sunny side up eggs were hard on the base being cooked for too long on too hot of a plate. The avocado smash was decent, however one of the poached eggs was well and truly cooked while the other was cooked to perfection. The bacon and egg roll was extremely burnt and should never have been sent out in the first place. The pancakes were burnt as well and it killed the flavour of them. The two smoothies were great and my daughter went back for another. The hot chocolate was lucky to be luke warm even though I had asked for it extra hot, and the coffee which came out with the wrong coffee to start off with, which was then remade, was barely warm enough to be called warm. Went to Gusto, Peel St, Tamworth yesterday 1.4.24 a Public Holiday, saw small poster at front counter for $10.50 being for med coffee and filled roll. I asked for a ceramic cup instead of a cardboard cup and was told 'Oh that will be extra' OMG really, I said 'then cardboard will do', then I was told bread roll with coffee is not $10.50 but $11.50 due to P/H. I said fair enough but why is it advertised at the front counter at one price and you want another, why didn't you just write on a piece of paper stating the price increase instead of misleading customers, then the Matron of Managers came into the scene and was very nasty and spoke very unprofessionally. Without drawing out this unwholesome experience from unprofessional staff and Management on misleading and deceptive pricing I walked out. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR GIVE THIS BELOW PAR CAFE A MISS, THERE ARE BETTER ONES ACROSS THE ROAD AND AROUND THE CORNER - NEVER AGAIN. ZERO FOR CUSTOMER...

Came in for lunch today at 12:30 with my mum she is old she asked to see the menu and the girl behind the counter said sorry we are actually closing early today so we can't help you my mums hard of hearing and said sorry what was that then the lady behind the counter chucked a menu and said doesn't matter I didn't get her name but she had glasses and black hair and was on the bigger side this is really sad as my mother barely gets out and really wanted to try this place out as she has heard good things we went to a diffrent Cafe and walked past at 1:30 and they where still open and people...
