Pizza Hut — Restaurant in New South Wales

Staff/ management absolutely terrible with there work ethics and timing each time I've came down to pick orders up from the app at the time that is shown to be picked up at the certain time showing but my paid items were never ready at the times...so if you wanna wait almost an hr for your pizza order than this is the right place for you.

Either the store needs to get in sync with there apps or the other way round because waiting an extra 20 mins to 40 mins to an hour from the time it says it will be ready for pick up is a fricken joke.

First time it happened I waited 40 mins to an hour first to be told it wasnt too far from the girl out the front and than the manager stepped in and told me there weren't any orders on the screen so I waited an 40 mins to an hr in total.....yes the manager did apologise.

I come around months or weeks later or so but this time it was 30 mins extra longer i had asked where it was the same girl from previous had checked and said shouldnt be long ive heard that before from the previous aswell but it was just me in store not busy at all so i stood up looking at my food that was on the table in there kitchen area and the girl was also add to me "we've had a problem with you before " you wouldn't of had a problem if yous all had just done your jobs, the store neither busy... the staff members chatting to each other with the music going its like an under 18's club in there forgetting that there at a job......staff blaming you for jumping up and down due to waiting times is ridiculous I dont work there you guys do so do better.

I hope this timing issue gets resolved and staff spoken too regarding there work ethics by making sure they actually do there jobs at a timingly appropriate matter with the correct attitude and not be chatting about there customers amoung themselves infront where customers can see all because a customer has an issue, highly unprofessional.

I also wanted no mushrooms on one of the pizzas and had put that on the order, but nope, they still put it on there.

Yes, your pizza's are great better than dominos only reason i come back here, I will also be raising this issue up again and again if this keeps...

Cowabunga, dude! My trip to Pizza Hut was, like, outta this world wacky! So I roll up for some righteous buffalo wings, and guess what? That green ninja turtle dressing was a total curveball, man. It was, like, scrumdiddlyumptious instead of tasting like toxic waste. Whoa!

And those staff? They're the pizza wizards of the universe, dude. I swear I spotted Anthony Bourdain and Gordon Ramsay at the back, sharing a ciggie and yapping about a mayo milkshake that'd make even a kangaroo jump for joy.

But here's where it gets cray-cray. I wake up the next morning with a bellyache, not from food poisoning, but from wolfing down four pizzas and 32 wings. I'm talking a food baby that's the size of Uluru mate!

You'd think I'd just mosey the two-minute stroll to the shop, but no, I'm the laziest ninja turtle in town. I splurge an extra 20 clams for delivery the next day for more wings. Lazy? Absolutely.

Anyway, gotta bounce back to Street Fighter 6. Pizza Hut, you're like, my pizza portal to another...

Have had 2 for 1 Tuesday the last 3 weeks. Tonight was the busiest I jabe seen it with 1hr wait time. The staff were amazing considering the amount of abuse they were getting. They were doing their best and all were young. They weren't bothered by this. People shod realise that restaurants xant cook any faster. And people were walking out with 6 to 8 pizzas each. Ii had 4 any They were all delicious. The young guy European appearance with black beard tall and thin , he was so good keeping the staff going and polite to customers. This might be a good review but you really need to pass this onto the staff so they know they're doing well in these Karen...
