The bar in the lower part of the club was probably the best part of the night.

A few mates and I were down in the pub area playing some pool and having a decent time deciding on where we should have dinner.

It was a toss up between Dapto leagues club, and staying where we were which turned out to be a horrible choice.

All the tables in the bistro were sticky, so sticky you could probably climb the side of a building using a table with a pathetic excuse as to why they are so sticky.

The food, to put it politely I suggest you hire chefs who can cook, who can identify food properly, and who have decent time management skills.

When someone orders 'vegetables' with their dinner they are going to assume they are going to get vegetables not just half a plate of beans. You might as well just list 'beans' rather than have people assume they will get regular vegetables that most would plate up at home.

The chicken parmigiana, was just a piece of schnitzel with a piece of soccer ball ham and cheese slapped on top with a bit of tomato sauce. If that's what you call a decent meal, heck I will be opening my own restaurant shortly.

The chips were cold, felt like they had been taken out of the fridge and briefly zapped in the microwave.

The salad, was absolutely drowned in dressing so badly that even Bondi Rescue couldn't save it. Soggy, and unappetizing to those who had it on their plate.

We had 2 people get their meals a good 20 minutes after the first 2 meals had already arrived. We all ordered at the same time, we didn't order 20 minutes apart so this part made absolutely no sense besides poor time management for a restaurant that had about 10 people sitting down at the time we were eating.

Don't take this as negative feedback, but rather constructive criticism which should be taken seriously rather than ignored as most places will tend to do so.

If you want to increase your review rating, I suggest that you look at your processes in place for running a...

I came here once for my partner's birthday, and I had a very mixed experience.

On one hand my schnitzel was cooked really well and the crumb was great, which I'd recommend, the salt and pepper squid was also good. And staff were quite friendly with my partner's birthday and dealing with the cake we brought (getting us plates and cutlery etc). Oh, and the churros were delightful!

On the other hand someone else at my table really disliked their meal when it was a dish they'd typically enjoy. Additionally our drinks got messed up and we had to ask a couple of times to get it fixed and they didn't have some of the usual cocktails I could even get at a local pub.

So I guess if you want friendly staff and good chicken schnitzel, it's the bees knees. But if you want a relaxing night out where everyone will have a good time and the drinks are good, I'd recommend you go...

Today myself and 2 friends had lunch at central hotel , my Baked salmon was great albeit being over cooked but my Asian slaw was so bad/old that the cabbage was brown and tomatoes slimy.z my friend had the Seafood Laska that was not a Soup ??? It was bowl of old pasta that was precooked and preheated again which cased it to go like rubber and the laska was a thick concoction of slop that was disgusting.. we ask for the manager who said “there is nothing wrong with the food , so I will NOT reimburse or let you choose another meal “ I ask her to smell it and taste it and she declined saying “ I don’t eat seafood “ she was totally rude and dismissive of our concerns !! She would NOT let us talk to the chef saying “they are too busy in the lunch hours “ will hit go back as this is not the first time we have had major concerns about freshness of...

I recently visited Central Hotel for lunch, and it was a delightful experience. We opted to sit outside in their beautiful covered outdoor area, which offered stunning views—such a lovely spot to enjoy a meal. For lunch, we both chose the grilled chicken with prawns, served with a creamy sauce, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. The portion size was generous, and the meal was filling without being overwhelming, offering great value for the price. Afterward, we moved inside to enjoy a cappuccino and both had a crĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e for dessert. The dessert was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and perfectly executed. The service was excellent throughout the visit, with attentive and friendly staff, and the space itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing meal in a lovely setting, and I'll definitely be returning!

Excellent 👌 Had really good schnitty with chips, salad and pepper sauce. Hubby had the Central burger and he said it was excellent. đŸ» Were great. They regrettably didn't have any of the new zero carb đŸ» for keto eaters. Maybe that will still come. The chips had their skins on and it really tasted wonderful, authentic/organic, whatever you want to call it. The burger bun was well toasted on the inside 😋 It was a quiet afternoon, but the feel was good and the food was great and the service was very friendly and excellent. I have only one suggestion, I think it was the manager, grey hair, (nice guy) was listening to his mobile phone while having his meal, maybe put earphones in so it doesn't spoil the great music playing in the dining area. But a great place. And again, really loved the chips. Thanks for a good evening 😎

Always enjoyed eating here, but tonight was very disappointing. First of all the scan to order doesn’t allow you to add your membership. So you’re paying full price without knowing. Secondly the menu has changed and the food and drinks are below average. I ordered a strawberry daiquiri and what I was served was false advertising. As it was served in a coupe glass rather than a tall glass which is what is advertised. It also was shaken not blended like a slushy. I should’ve asked for a refund because they took it back and tried to fix it. But after a few sips you’re left with crushed ice. I used to always order one from here and I loved it. I left with my meal half eaten. I don’t think I will be returning.
