Restaurant is in outdoor dining food court area. Great stop on the way back from Kiama Blowhole to Sydney for an early dinner. I like that it was open on Anzac day. I got Halloumi spartan bowl with green bean salad, pilaf rice and yoghurt dip. I got small zucchini chips as a side. They're crispy and battered, made fresh to order. Such a good crunch.
My partner got a snack pack which contained chips, chicken and feta on top, and Halloumi chips as a side.
We paid around $75 including iced tea and bottles water and were really happy with the quality of the ingredients and the care in preparing the food. Great flavours.
I didn't like that my spartan bowl arrived with the thermal receipt underneath the rice due to concerns of BPA leaching into my food from the heat. That was a bit yuck.
But otherwise I'll definitely visit again and recommend it as a healthy fresh dining option, 20 minutes drive from...
Read moreDid an online order in store at 8:11pm (they shut at 8:30) so wasn't a minute before closing or anything. Walked up to the counter at 8:19 to tell them about my online order.
As i was waiting at the counter, all the staff were chatting to each other saying "should we tell her we're shut" which one replied "yes tell her we're shut already" and the others yeah we're shut we're shut. 3 minutes later i was still waiting for someone to serve me so yelled out "dont worry, ive done an online order and it says youre open."
Then finally got served whilst they said to chuck the closed sign up ( still 10 mins out ). Sat and watched them throw the wraps from one bench to the other and all cleaning instead of cooking.

Read moreAt first the service was fine, the brunette lady didn’t seem like she wanted to be there but it was okay. We ordered a kids mini pitta pack each and sat down to wait. When the food came out it wasn’t what we had ordered. We politely went up and asked if it could be re-made. When we got our food back, all that was changed was some stuff was taken off the pitas and re wrapped. It tasted completely different and should have been remade. We could recognise it hadn’t been remade because there was still cabbage, onion and remnants of tomato. I understand not wasting food however what if we were allergic to something? Once we started eating the lady I asked to remake the food can looking at us with a disgusted look on her face.
We usually love Zeus Street Greek Shellharbour however this visit was...
