Subway — Restaurant in New South Wales

After burning my roll I asked if I could please have another one as it was burnt the manager who was serving me didn’t even speak just got another one and placed it in toaster for a very short time and held the side up so I could see it ,when I got home and open it to eat it had not even melted the cheese and was not toasted at all. I rang up to ask why she felt the need to be so rude but as she was the manager I didn’t get anywhere. Very disappointing service and unfortunately it’s not...

The rudest manager I have ever met. I have given her the benefit of the doubt many times and have heard of other people doing the same. I now make the extra effort to go to the one over in South Grafton. With that being said, the workers there are very lovely and it is a shame the manager is so rude... I won’t ever go to or support this business...

Staff are rude! Young short girl offered the worst subway experience we have ever had and the worst subway. Who counts veggies, 3 spinach, 5 carrot bits!
