As a very regular customer of the subway chain I'm extremely disappointed in one particular restaurant South tweed in the shopping mall I had one bad sub almost two weeks ago where the sub roll was Green and stail which made me feel very ill all day I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt on March the 1st I visited the store again and once again unhappy with the product the young guy employed needs to be taught to make a sub correctly it was skimpish with salads and they didn't have all the regular salad available there is always Price variation which is a joke and I found the guy to have a smug attitude towards customes not good enough and I won't be buying food from them again I also witnessed a staff member jump the counter and leave shoe marks all over where the food is finalised at completely unacceptable and she thought it was amusing if this goes in where you can clearly view imagine behind the scenes where you can't...

Asked for extra cheese (which you pay extra for, mind you) but got the stingiest amount, couldn’t even taste it. Asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it got burnt. I got two salads, salad was extremely stingy, there was virtually no lettuce at all. Asked for extra sauce, got one single line of it. Asked for light salt and pepper and it got heaped on. Customer service was awful, it felt like they didn’t even attempt to listen, and workers seemed unhappy. The Asian man is clearly the owner, his atmosphere is a disgrace, rushed, rude and disrespectful and chargers well over the usual menu prices.
I’m a support worker for an autistic client, he absolutely took no tailored experience for her, and limited her choices with minimal salad and the entire sandwich fell apart during his rush of us being the only customers in line.
His young girl working along side was so pleasant and could feel she was being watched to make sure she didn’t no accommodate too much toppings rather less then every other subway experience we have had.
Would recommend to use one of the other 5 subways within 10 minutes from Tweed...
