Subway — Restaurant in New South Wales

No wonder why this branch has such a low rating than other subway branches. It was my first takeaway order with them and definitely the last one as well. After paying 30$ for 3 foot long subs which were veggie patty, smashed falafel and smashed avocado you won’t get any avocado and your falafel will be swapped with veggie patty without being informed. They won’t make it according to customer’s request they just do whichever way is easier for them. After even mentioning that you need your subs to be toasted and have cheese on it they did neither of it. And when asked the reason then one of their employee’s name R**y said because we r closed on Christmas we didn’t prep any avo/ falafel. Really? That’s the excuse you give your customers. If you didn’t have all the ingredients then you should have informed me when I came to pickup my order, my order was still being made. This store don’t care at all about your money. We wanted to sit and eat our dinner there but we were nice enough they are about to close and we didn’t wanna bother you. At least have some respect towards your customers like they have towards you. Even after promising about refunding the money no refund...

Let's face it. Subway is just a toilet stop and meal on the way through to Sydney. Service is meh no regional hospitality just some surly kids who just watch the clock waiting for home time or you're just interrupting their phone conversation on whatever app the kids communicate with these days. It's good at least have a toilet but would be better if it was clean and had toilet paper as well. Apparently the locals like to steal the rolls as this is what the staff told me (there must be a shortage in Albury). The paper towel dispenser is just decoration. In 5yrs stopping here I've never once seen paper in it but there is a hand dryer....it only likes to work after the 47th time waving your hand in front. It must be trained by who ever trained the kids behind the counter. But I might just be asking too much of Subway. Still I'm sure I'll be...

The place was unhighgenic food mixed together slopped all over the place. The bread was poorly cut and The employee was rude and dismissive, I had to ask for them to change gloves as I had watched them handle 10 customers before me without changing them. They burnt my bread when toasted. As I said before all the food was mixed and so I got carrot in mine when I hated carrot but I didn't want to ask them to pick out all the carrot bits as there were so many so I thought I would be an inconvenience. The bread was hard because it was burnt and was very hard to eat. The white paper had some sort of left over sticky substance and they didn't even think twice. The tables were not wiped and there was food everywhere when I sat down to eat. The sub it's self was okay but all the factors made it taste worse. This was the worst subway...
