The Food Mill — Restaurant in New South Wales

I've been here twice now. The first time the coffee was OK.

The second time I was simply ignored by staff. I was clearly at the front of the line of people and a staff member started ringing up someone who had come in after me. I was about to protest when this happened a second time, but another customer did it for me, informing the staff member that I was first. The staff member apologised to that customer, saying that she'd already started her order (she hadn't), so couldn't take mine?

I appreciate that not realising I was waiting may have been an honest mistake, but when that mistake was realised nobody apologised to me, instead staff apologised to the other customer. Basic greetings were not exchanged, staff didn't acknowledge my existence at any point. I...

My family and I would like to say a massive THANK YOU 💖 to Vikii, Sharon and all the girls at the Food Mill for hosting the wake for my mothers funeral. Cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to have the lovely garden out the back as the venue, amazing hot and cold food that everyone was raving about and just how easy they made it to organise. The number of people attending was approx. 50 and because of the setting, lovely food and preparedness by the Food Mill it really was a lovely relaxed catchup with friends and family. Visiting Albury for work and found this wonderful cafe - some of the best coffee I’ve had from a cafe in quite some time and served with a smile. The two ladies running the cafe are charming.

They have a very generous 6th coffee free rewards scheme and even honoured it without actually using the card, remembering our order by the 3rd visit and reminding us they owed us one.

Will absolutely be back when in town.
