Win's Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in New South Wales

First for dinner waiter Young girl with attitude served us no hello or anything so rude . ordered our meals waited and watched while they did all there dial in dinners and served other people in the restaurant that arrived well after us but that had there dinner --We had to wait ages finally after i got up approached the kitchen i could see our meals where sitting in there warmer the young girl had forgotten to take them out to us..... No apologies no nothing just plonked it on the table there ya go .... sort of thing .. 9i am so over these little business that cannot even be nice to the very people who are keeping them afloat there customers ) Food was tiny servings for a $15 noodle dish seriously could have been so much better really bad food too... Small servings no flavour just like a defrosted woolies thai stir fry from the freezers. So because iw as my 3 daughters i had to really stoop myself from telling them off -I then went to pay and did so politely and said thank you -No response nothing just damm attitude what is it with these small business around here i just do not understand .. Anyway i have been there few times over the last 3 years and i can tell you i will never be back.. So thanks Win's Thai you are just another restaurant in town who thinks that the customer is the second person you should consider in your business just remember when you are closing your doors and thinking where did we go wrong -It would be um the customer maybe? Average food would be me giving a generous review Unfortunately our experience was not that great. We love Thai food and are always looking for new taste experiences.

Compared to Thai restaurants local to where we live this was not that great. The Thai green curry was very dark compared to what we usually get. Flavour was OK. We ordered coconut rice and it was actually a rice pudding and more of a dessert yet the lady who took our order did not tell us this.

We were surprised they did not sell coconut juice. I think this is because the owners were burmese?

We stopped in here for a quick dinner on our way thru town. The food was simply not good. We had spring rolls and chicken satay, the spring rolls were unpleasantly filled with just vermicelli and were flavourless, the chicken satay was again flavourless and chewy. We shared a main of red curry with chicken which was actually pretty mid grade but it was served with coconut rice at our request which was undercooked! Bizarre.

Service was fine, they seem like nice folks but we wouldn't go back and didn't...
