I made a Claim recently via the NRMA 1300 ph number. I was quoted a large amount of Excess that I had to pay. I was dubious of the accuracy of this. I made numerous calls, explaining my Policy details to a new person each time, hoping one might agree with me!
After no luck on the 1300 ph number, I called the Coffs Harbour Branch and spoke to Elanor. She checked my Policy and confirmed with me that I did not owe so much excess. Elanor then contacted the Claims Dept to explain that to them.

Won't even redo a greenslip with them in the future after telling me the wrong information and thinking my car was regoed to only receive a letter to say my car as been unregistered for 2 weeks. (Yes I paid for it)
Has also taken over 2 months, 6 phone calls and an instore visit for my not at fault car claim to be fixed....a VERY simple claim still no one...
