Absolutely disgusted at a certain employee today 😡 I’m a regular customer and would buy a loaf of rye bread every week sliced & halved in separate bags. I requested this and she returns with the loaf in one bag. When I reminded her of what I requested she refused to do it and gave me a bag to do it myself. On Sunday the 9th. November at 10 am I purchased 2 scones...one plain & 1 white chocolate & blue berry. When returning home for morning tea I opened the bag of scones to find 2 scones very stale & dry and hard. I thought that because of being Sunday this could mean that there was no bakers working on this day. I purchased 4 scones this morning that were beautiful and fresh as usual. While at Greenhills shopping centre I had dinner here and I absolutely loved it. Their food was fresh, soft and delicious. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. I especially enjoyed the Almond Croissants & Brownies. The store is always clean and has a great variety of Baked goods. Highly recommend...
