Metro Islington - Kebab and Burger — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

I live up the road from this service station and have been a regular customer, until tonight. Purchased a beef snack pack with cheese, to start with I was charged more than the advertised price. Took 1 bite and realised the chips and meat were cold. Hadn’t been cooked cold. I went to the counter and asked for a refund where they told me I could not receive a refund and they would make me a new one. I told them I didn’t want a new one and I wanted my money back to which they tried to reply with:

“If there’s an issue with the food we’ll refund you” so I told them that there was an issue and to refund me.

“Oh but you have already eaten part of it we can not refund you” How could I have known it was cold without eating any?

“We are the best rated kebab shop in Newcastle city” Well you sure aren’t living up to that eating tonight and also, Oasis is better

I eventually told them to give me money as I was not returning to the store and was met with a reply of “we don’t want your business, don’t come back”

I will not be coming back and you have just lost a customer that has spent thousands of dollars in your store in the last 9 months that I have lived here within...

The chicken schnitzel works burger I have brought here several times before used to come with a real whole chicken schnitzel cut in half so you got 2 half pieces on your burger but this time it was a single manufactured chicken patty at least a third of the size and weight , totally not a real chicken schnitzel anymore it should be called the manufactured chicken patty burger and reduced the price to reflect this, and inform your customers you have substituted the real chicken schnitzel with smaller lighter manufactured patty, still charging the same...

I wish I was delusional. During a visit to Newcastle, I found this gas station offering the cheapest price. However, after filling a tank (28L), I was not sure whether I was delirious or what - shouldn't be 28L to fill full for only slightly more than a half emptied tank. Yesterday, I refilled gas near my home offering higher price for much emptier tank but I paid much less for 24L. Only hope I was confused. However, still will not go back even if they offer...
