We were really disappointed with our lunch experience today. We ordered the Rainbow Bowl and the Rainbow Salad Wrap. While both may look appealing in the photos I took here, the taste and texture were underwhelming.

The biggest issue was the mismatch between what was listed on the menu and what we were served — with some key ingredients missing and others added without explanation. Unexpected additions like noodles and a cold dhal-and-rice ball (neither of which were mentioned on the menu) only added to the overall blandness of the salad bowl. The Rainbow Bowl was meant to include pesto, nuts, and a protein of choice. We had to ask for the tempeh, and were given just two small slices. Without the promised ingredients or a proper dressing, the bowl tasted more like supermarket coleslaw with a hint of sesame oil and a scoop of plain dhal. The surprise additions made it feel heavier and less fresh than expected.

The Rainbow Salad Wrap was similarly underwhelming — essentially just layered bread with cold dhal and a few spinach leaves, served with a side of underdressed coleslaw, not the fresh wrap I was expecting and overpriced.

We also ordered a "freshly squeezed orange juice" which didn’t taste fresh at all — more like a bottled version.

Altogether, we spent $70 and left feeling disappointed and awkward. After already having to ask for the missing tempeh, we didn’t feel comfortable raising more concerns. Unfortunately we left feeling ripped off and...

Not overly impressed. I always get Acai bowls from Noosa Juicer due to their size, taste & the consistency. Decided to take a walk to Jungle & Co since it was too busy to get down to Noosa Juicer. Got an Acai bowl & not impressed.

Price: The website says $12, when I got to the cafe, the board had stickers over every meal - It was now $14.5. With public holiday tax - $17.5 which is odd when that's over 20% markup.

Size: The meal was the size of my fist, had very little granola mix, very watery (kept spilling all over my hand & making the bowl lose structure due to cardboard build).

Taste: Meh - Had better.

Other experiences: I've been here before, I get the health factor, but nothing I've ever tasted or had here really has much taste to it. Only reason for a 2-star review over a 1-star review is that the ladies are quite nice & the atmosphere there is nice.

Overall: Price - 1-Star. Size - 1-Star. Taste - 2.5-Stars. Ambiance - 3-Stars....

Hidden in the heart of Noosa, this cafe is a gem for anyone seeking a clean, healthy meal that leaves you feeling fantastic all day. I arrived early in the morning, and the setup was perfect, with the winter sun providing a warm, cozy atmosphere.

This cafe is ideal for those on a health kick (or in my case trialing a sugar-free diet), offering nutritious ingredients that truly hit the spot. The concept of a gut-focused cafe is wonderful, and I hope to see more places like this that genuinely care about health.

I enjoyed a Jungle Bullet Coffee with almond milk, which was perfect. The "Blessed by Avo" toast with egg was simple yet satisfying, with the halloumi being a standout. The "Brain Food" smoothie was an excellent finisher, keeping me energized for the...
