Went here with my partner last night great environment, really good staff and food was extremely good. Also great value for money as well especially considering how well everything was cooked and presented. A big highlight for me was the lamb loin, I love lamb and it was perfect, rare and so soft, best piece of lamb I have ever had, ever. My partner was extremely impressed by her antipasto platter and her veal with truffle mash had some exceptional flavour. I'm so happy we tried Trattoria Benati. 100% will be going back and if you haven't tried it your really missing out. The chefs here are extremely talented and their appreciation and respect for food really showed on every plate. Now my favourite restaurant in Noosa.

5 August 2023 My partner and I have revisited trattoria benati a few times now and every time we have both been impressed by the incredible food. The service is always pleasant, accommodating and professional, tonight's visit was very special. everything we ordered was so amazing. For me I had ordered beef cheek and it was somthing I'll never forget. This beef cheek was prepared and cooked so perfectly. I never expected that a meal would make me feel the level of emotion i did tonight I'm a 35 year old man and I was unable to hold back the tears in my eyes. My grandfather was from Italy my grandmother from Germany. My grandmother was the matriarch of our family and an amazing cook. she was very special to me. The flavour, passion, expertise and quality that went into the beef cheeks I ordered tonight took me right back to the memory of my grandmother. This was somthing I honestly never thort I would ever be able to taste again. I am genuinely grateful that i was able to have this meal tonight. this is the best meal i have ever had at eny restaurant and I realy do mean it....

The fish had been frozen so the taste of fish was not present. The fish taste was very dull and the texture was so dense that it was clear that it had been frozen and not straight from the sea. There was the taste of so much salta made it seem that this was an attempt to hide the negatives that were just mentioned. This was also the case with the prawns that were in a separate dish. This poor dinner ended a nice family day. When you regularly eat fresh seafood then eat stuff that has been frozen there is a big difference. From the owner it tells me they have more regard for their profit than my satisfaction. Which is a shame because I am forced to hand over money for stuff that would never get served on my own personal dinner table. This place is basically a subway, hungery jacks, or McDonalds, that goes for the Italian feel with their name and furnishings but then serves similar quality food to the companies that I just mentioned. At the end of my dinner I told the staff member that the seafood had been frozen and we thought that the quality was poor. I did this in a very friendly manner and there was no attempt made by anybody in the business to ensure that I left as a happy customer.
