McDonald's Darwin Central — Restaurant in Northern Territory

Arrived went to order, the young lass was doing up her shoe laces up, I asked whether she was going to touch my food!! She wasn't she aid! but hey I didn't like the attitude , the staff and the management were laughing at us rudely as soon as I said that little miss is over there hiding, I asked for a refund, the management reused! and said we will get our order, which we only received the order for one not two and everything was cold, We walked out and everyone said they are young,, I agree!! buy the food and customer service was way below average!! especially from the manager tonight!!!! My husband and I are mid 60's, you need to do something!! we are very upset and and we will go elsewhere in future, i have personally been in Hospitality over 30 years and my children wonderful jobs were taught at hungry Jacks, BRILLIANT, I will deter from any McDonalds after this evening it was abusive towards your customers! Especially from my age 62 years!! Sorry Im so angry but those kid need to respect there elders and food handling!! had no choice after the abuse to eat or take away!! so we only got one order so...

I use to come here very often , because the service was good.however , the front counter tall lady who works on today at about 1045am is very disappointing. No one was on the queue and she advise me to use the order machine which on the left hand side was totally fine. However, the way she asks me to use that machine was extremely rude. I'm definitely sure she is not my boss! The way she throw the food to me when the food is ready was rude too. If she is having a bad mood, please don't put her at the front counter to serve the guest and spoil the mood of others. If both of the front counter machines are not working or not yet ready please put a sign at the front at the point of the eye contact area!! I'm pretty sure the machines were working...

Had an awesome visit to McDonald’s in Darwin — the food was fresh, hot, and delicious, exactly what you’d hope for. The coffee was absolutely amazing.
