Absolutely appalling experience with Palmerston Pizza Hut (Oasis Shopping Centre).
I run a busy dental practice and, to show my appreciation for my hardworking team after an incredibly hectic week, I organised a pizza lunch today. I ordered and paid online early in the morning, scheduling the delivery to align with our lunch break — between 12:00 and 12:15pm — and received an email confirmation for the delivery.
As the delivery time came and went, and with my team waiting around hungry, I checked the order status via the link provided — it bizarrely said the order was still being made. I found this strange given the time and checked online again to confirm the store’s hours: open from 11am to 10pm. I tried calling the 13 11 66 number several times and was told messages were being left with the store and that someone would call me back. No one did.
After further chasing, I finally got through to a Head Office representative who informed me that the store was actually closed and they couldn’t even contact the franchise owner. I am now out of pocket for an order that never arrived, and more importantly, my team of professionals — who didn’t bring lunch in — were left without a meal due to this completely unacceptable service.
This is beyond disappointing. I would never recommend Palmerston Pizza Hut to anyone, and I’ve lodged a formal complaint with Head Office. Let’s see if they actually...

He said its busy time he can’t take the order in store so we placed the order online but is wasn’t too busy as we spent 25 minutes there after placing the order when i forgot to add the chilli flacks on pizza I requested him to add bit chilli flacks on top pizza while they will make the pizza then he replied rudely he won’t do that because it’s busy and if wanted to add that we should add while ordering online He said he is not much free to listen our requests or anything
After making the pizzas he served very rudely he just put the pizzas on table and call me to pick and go which was in rudely way Basically it’s the worst experience with that store i got The person was too rude Even he don’t know how to deal with customers and how to treat them well
I am also working in pizza hut in Melbourne And i know staff can’t denied to take the order in store and they have to listen the customer requests That store was not maintaining the actual standard of pizza hut because of that person I will never gonna come back Really bad...

The first time I ordered, the pizza was completely underwhelming. It was basically just bread with barely any toppings or cheese — dry, bland, and definitely not what you’d expect from a pizza place.
I decided to give them a second chance, and when I went to pick up my order today, I politely mentioned the issue from last time. Instead of showing any care or understanding, the staff member told me that what I got previously was a “perfectly fine pizza” and tried to justify it with excuses like “the cheese goes under the crust when cut.” Then he said something along the lines of “Don’t order the pizza if you don’t like it. This is how we make it.”
I even took a photo — and it clearly shows that about 50% of the pizza is just plain dough with no toppings. Not acceptable.
No accountability, no effort to improve or fix the issue, just poor quality and rude customer service. Won’t be...
