Peisley Street Flame Grilled Chicken — Restaurant in Orange

Ordered my meal at 18:39hrs with two other people waiting ahead of me for their order. Numerous others came in placing large and small orders all placed after mine, they however got their orders quickly. At 19:05hrs I was asked what I had ordered and told that they are doing it now. At 19:12hrs I got my order and was told I could get an additional 600ml drink on the house for the wait, of which I didn't accept. The chips were soggy, the family member who ate the Portuguese Burger threw 1/3 of it out as it was a pile of Mayonnaise, cheap sliced cheese a few bits of shredded lettuce and bun. I would love to give this establishment a 5 because the food can be phenomenal, can be. The pork when it’s good is the best pork I’ve had, but when it’s off it’s dry and flavourless. The fish platter is delicious, when they get your order right. The service is subpar, you order then wait for your order to be yelled out, it’s a louder atmosphere so a lot of the time you struggle to hear them yell it out, this could be solved by taking a name at the order, writing it on the receipt and yelling the name.

I’ve had 3 of my orders completely butchered, only to find this out when I’ve gotten home after a long day of work. if the mistakes could be ironed out this would be my favourite place to eat. Until then I’ll give my...

This is a good hearty meal for a great price! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wanted to order online but that requires you give your log in either via your Google account or Facebook which according to their terms and conditions can be past on to 3rd party. I've never needed to give those details to any other eatery for just ordering a meal and if I hadn't had a good meal here before I would have gone elsewhere. I wonder how much business...
