Went there to pickup menulog order but the staff there wasn’t giving me my order until I show them that I collected my order on my phone , find it really offensive & disrespectful, i mean why i need to show them that I collected my order ,it’s my phone my order ,never saw this kind of behaviour at any other restaurant, even there is no guidelines by menulog that gives right to restaurant owners to check the phones of the courier drivers , here are some proofs of conversation between me and menulog customer representative saying “it is a process followed by the restaurant itself “ which means there is no guidelines like this by menulog.

I live in QLD and wanted to surprise my boyfriend who was working in Orange for the weekend. I ordered a coffee and some banana bread. These guys delivered the food super quickly. However the hospital didn’t pass it over. I was super stressed the coffee would be cold BUT the people at mills did an AMAZING job covering the nozzle with tape. The coffee was not only warm but they also added a super cute message and a biscuit on top. I love the personalised touches the staff have added. You have not only made his day but mine too. Thank you 💕

Recently bought a Garlic chicken, but some chicken pieces were uncooked (pink inside) and I think that’s because they were very busy serving all the customers. There is also one girl at the counter who probably hates her job and is serving customers, never smiles, never greets, very pushy. We get it, it’s a busy place but that’s not an excuse to be rude to the customers and serve uncooked meals.

Rarely, if ever leave a review, particularly a negative one, but was incredibly disappointed in our take away Chinese. I ordered two dishes (garlic beef and curry chicken) plus a large fried rice. Both dishes came filled with vegetables and not a lot of meat. There was very little sauce either. Containers were 3/4 full and containers themselves smaller than I usually experience in other Chinese restaurants.

Eating the meals, there was very little taste and sauces tasted and looked as though they came out of a supermarket jar. The chicken in particular was from a cooked chook likely cooked the day before.

This meal that usually feeds my three small children and myself was lacking so much in size I had to order take away chips just so we could be fed. Disappointing considering we had already spent over $60.

Looking forward to supporting many of the other amazing Chinese...

I feel the Mills cafe is trying to be 30 different things at once and failling at all of them. Places like Harley and hem or Anything grows are soo good because they do one thing and do it well.

The Mills cafe is an odd combination of fish and chips, Asian dishes, breakfast food, coffee and odd lunch items.

The atmosphere was dark and odd, Most of the lights weren't working so it felt eerie.

I had the French toast yet it was underwhelming and poor tasting, no white sugar no crunch, just a sloppy plan tasting piece of bread with a a massive about of egg around it.

Just dissapointing and makes sense why this was the only ''Çafe'' not at full capacity at 10am on a...

Firstly food was delightful as always however, I ordered 3 dinner specials without meat with fried rice (as seen on screen) only to receive 3 meals without rice, when i questioned this I was told the order was put in wrong and they would fix it up, I was disappointed that i was charged extra for the rice when the order was given incorrectly and usually when I have ordered meals at other restaurants when I exclude the meat the price is generally reduced. I was even more upset for the fact I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the rice while my dinner was going cold. Once arriving home I was again disappointed to see that the containers were barely half full, luckily the food...
