PIRIE PIZZA HOUSE — Restaurant in Port Pirie

Ordered Pizza and an AB PACK online, 4.45pm said arrive at 5.45pm. Arrived exactly on time and got the pizza but was told the AB Pack wasn't even cooked and they forgot about it and I had to wait 20 mins for it. Told them I am not waiting, got in the car and the pizza crust was hard as anything and overcooked. Will not order from here again seening I drove all the way from Laura. Very disappointed, workers are lazy walking around and couldn't even cook a AB Pack in a hour or even Read the docket I ordered on line. Not how you run a business! Get better workers who are on the ball, better dressed, can read a docket and clean the shop! * EDITED * 10.09.24 Also what drugs are you on today? Your reply makes no sense!! Husband walked into store on opening. Store person was putting opening flags out. Was just before 5pm. No one else in store. Placed an order for 2 large pizzas. Got told a 20 to 30 min wait. An hour later Husband has asked what's the go with our order, people who ordered after us had gotten their pizzas. Got told they were short staffed, which is fine it happens, but considering people who ordered after us were getting pizzas, a bit suss. He had to ask again where the pizzas were, one had been cooked and had been 30 plus minutes ago. Second pizza was only just being made an hour after ordering. No apology given. Had two young kids waiting in the car for over an hour. Refund given but no apologies. Poor service when you're the first person to order upon opening. Would have waited for second pizza but serving people were excuse after excuse when a simple we've stuffed up can we offer you anything for your wait would...

How can you mess up an order so badly? Everything is on the docket! All you have to do is READ it! We are missing the Garlic Bread that comes with the 2 Pizza Meal DEAL!!!! Plus the Hot Chips are missing!

Now, by the time you get them to us, we won't be hungry anymore and we will just throw the chips out!(I tried ringing, but i just get put on Hold each time) Very Nice pizza. S#@# service! Can the delivery drivers there actually read the dockets, or do they just take a guess on what the order is? Now I have been on hold for almost 10 minutes for the second time, then you hang up on me!!!
