Disappointment! Recent visits to your Portland] location. On two separate occasions over the past few weekends, my family and I encountered significant issues with the availability of fresh bread and the overall service provided.
Firstly, we were disheartened to find that there was no bread being baked during our visits. This limited our options to only Rye and affected our overall dining experience. Additionally, the lack of staff to meet the demand resulted in long wait times.
During my most recent visit, I was forced to leave after waiting in line for over 15 minutes. This is unacceptable, especially considering the level of service we typically expect from your establishment.
As a loyal customer, I believe it is important to provide constructive feedback. While unforeseen circumstances can arise, it is essential to maintain adequate stock levels and ensure sufficient staffing to deliver a positive customer experience.

The amount of times I come in for lunch and always find someone sitting on the bench just around the corner from where you come to order sitting on their phone and continue to sit on their phone even when you’ve come in. Or the younger gentlemen who would rather sing and dance to the music playing then serve customers.
