Canteen Cafe — Restaurant in Queensland

Canteen located at Shop 2/4 Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads, is a perfect place to stop off to have a decent cup of coffee and a more than adequate menu to select a meal. This place I think caters for everyone's needs, including meals for people who have special dietary requirements. Canteen also caters for children meals & has activities such as colouring and drawing to help keep the children entertained. A great selection of achohol products are available, such as beer, wines and spirits. QR scanning is available as you enter the Canteen, there are toilets available at the rear of the building. People can choose to either sit inside or out on the covered areas outside. Customer Service was of a high standard, I was very impressed on how the staff did their job. Parking is available around the areas of Sunshine Beach Road, a regular bus service runs along this immediate route. Nice foods but totally ruined our morning by the guy(staff) . We are just waiting another friend and he came and asked us when our friend is coming. And he needs one of the tables from us. Told him he is coming soon and we need the table too . He just told us it has been 30 mins and grab the table . We just arrived 15 mins ago . Totally understand if the cafe is busy and they need table but it’s so many empty table and why they need the table from us. Ask nicely too. we didn’t stole anything from your cafe . We are breakfast here. Service very good and prompt, except the food was expensive and not fresh. Lettuce and tomatoes were dry and limp. The food came out luke warm. No love on the plate. I swapped the scrambled eggs for poached as I can't eat dairy and got one egg in return. I asked for another and they promptly gave me another without charge but didn't like having to complain about something that to me, appear as if they were being tight. My husband had the big brekky and said it was one of the worst he'd had. Said the bacon and sausage tasted old, like they'd been reheated. You could tell because they hard that dry, stale look.
