Read moreWeird and chaotic experience here. We were trying to do a phone order, but the phone didn't work. We then tried to contact them on Facebook and got no immediate response, so we drove to the restaurant to order. It was pretty busy, as in there was a queue waiting to order, but the restaurant seemed to be allright in terms of busy-ness (there were tables empty and lots of customers seemed to have finished eating). When it was my turn to order, they told me they were not taking any takeaway orders for 1 hour because it was too busy. They did take dine-in orders though. Very weird. I told them I didn't mind waiting and that I was happy to leave my order and come back after an hour, but no.
We walked back to the car and in the meantime we got an answer on Facebook, providing us a mobile number where we could order. When we called this number, they told us the same thing. No orders could be taken. Then suddenly, the same minute, we got a call back from the normal number of the restaurant, the number that initially didn't work, asking if we wanted to order. We ordered and the food was going to be ready in only 20 min. How is all this possible in the same 5 minutes? Food took a bit longer than 20 but not too bad. Taste was allright, but...
Read moreAbsolutely disgusting food and cocktails. We spent over $100 on food and waited 50 minutes. While waiting we ordered two pina colada cocktails and 2 mock tails for the kids. We finally received our drinks after waiting 15 minutes and took one sip and nearly spewed it was overloaded with lime juice and had chunks of coconut cream in it and was like water. The person who served us said she would refund as as we did not drink them as hey were definately not pina coladas. The two kids mix tails were exactly the same and we tipped them down the sink. After waiting 50 minutes for our food we finally got it and upon opening noticed our bbq bourbon ribs were mainly fat and had no flavour what so ever. The calamari we ordered was very small and just like strips of soggy fish. We ate a couple of the calamari and threw them on the bin too. We then all felt extremely unwell and went to bed but all four of us spent our night in the toilet and had to cut our holiday short and go home as we were all very unwell from the food and drinks. We emailed the business and got no response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We have been travelling for weeks and never come across more disgusting...
