Much to our disappointment, the Warrigal greens were not on the plate. Instead, just spinach, and no one told us this, instead I assume they thought we simply wouldnât know. Now I understand if you donât have any, you canât supply it, but it is important to tell your customers that they are not getting what they ordered to avoid disappointment at time of ordering. Simply switching out a main highlighted ingredient and not telling your customers is very disappointing when they have ordered specifically for this particular and different taste. To my surprise, as soon as I arrived at the new location, a waiter with a flower in his hair kept rushing me to order, even though I hadn't even found a table to sit at yet. Once seated, I noticed this same waiter poorly treating every customer he interacted with, and to make things worse, he was continuously disrespecting and giving orders to all the staff members, while I didnât see him handle a single plate during the hour and a half I was there.    Read moreI purchased an iced coffee here (which was a punish in itself to get over the line) what I received was a warm coffee, in a clear plastic cup with 2 ice cubes in it ??? When I raised the confusion of what this drink was, she explained it WAS an iced coffee but she could remake it. I declined & tried to explain an iced coffee does not use hot milk, this was absolutely not computing. So I left with my very expensive ($9.50) tepid coffee I drank through a straw.
