Domino's Pizza Bundaberg — Restaurant in Queensland

We pre ordered for a birthday dinner with heaps of kids, order was 20 mins late, pizza topping was lazily distributed and cut was absolutely terrible, some pieces close to the size of a biscuit and some felt like a dinner plate.

I've worked in pizza shops (not this particular brand) and am always frustrated by the lack of effort in such a simple task as cutting the pizzas. Its not hard.

Other than that, the tardiness was frustrating for the kids who were getting pretty frustrated by the time the food finally arrived. Frankly, I'll be unlikely to use Domino's again.

The only redeeming factor was the curb side delivery was nice, but the app said "ready in store" for 5 mins before I walked in to check, to find it was not yet cut, so not...

I've been waiting for my pizza over half an hour even though I was the only one customer in the store because they didn't call my name properly. Actually I didn't hear my name called. And I got the pizza anyway and opened it at home. I found the whole pizza didn't cut. So I drove back to the store and asked remake.I've been waiting over an hour totally. It's waste of my time and fuel. Furthermore they even didn't say sorry or any apologies. It's my horrible experience ever had in the domino. I want to tell all the staff in the domino. You guys must know how to treat customers first before you learn how to make pizza!!! I won't go domino anymore, I will go pizza hut. Pizza hut is the best...

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Dominos this evening. (I will be contacting them and if they can provide a suitable solution, I will happily leave a positive review about their customer service team). Longgg story short, I placed my order at 6.57pm and finally received it at 8.58pm. When I got it inside, I realised the food was cold. Also, the chips were burnt, pizza edges were burnt and the pasta had completely hardened. My delivery address was 0.5 miles from the store (yes I know I’m lazy to get it delivered, but that’s what delivery services are for, right?) and yet it still took them 2 hours to make and deliver some cold, yet also...
