Hungry Jack's Burgers Toowoomba South — Restaurant in Queensland

I ordered two meals. One was a large whopper meal and the other one was an Angus burger. I strongly recommend that you do not attend this store after the hours of 11 pm because the service is extremely poor. The wait time is longer than what it would be in a lunch rush-hour. Your burgers will be cold and your bread will be probably stale which mine was the only good part about your meal will be your drink hopefully your chips but I highly recommend going somewhere else when I rang to complain for a replacement meal. I was told the only thing they could do was replace my burgers and if I wasn’t satisfied with that well then that’s my problem and there’s nothing I can do about it. After placing my order I sat at the drive through window for about 15 minutes tonight. All I'd asked for was a couple of cheeseburgers and a medium chips - nothing out of the ordinary. When they finally handed my order over the food was stone cold - every bit of it. What the hell had I been kept waiting for if it wasn't because they were preparing fresh, HOT food? I honestly couldn't believe they'd given me cold burgers and chips after they'd made me wait all that bloody time! The manager there must be completely and utterly useless if he can't get a better performance out of his staff.

I also had plenty of time to notice how dirty the store is behind the counter and towards the kitchen. Now I hope I don't end up with food poisoning. What an appalling experience 😠 Never, ever again will I waste my time at the Ruthven Street Hungry Jacks. In future I'll drive over to the store at Wilsonton - the service there is much, much better. I had a * shake and win of vegan wooper, I have request at drive through I had a shake and win, every time hungry jacks ask me to drive through and ask me to show the barcode of an order. I have followed the routine and came to the window. The lady at Windows was rude and said she would not take orders because her manager asked me to drive all through again. I request her to ask for the manager. I was expecting the manager to be polite and guide me, or I would complain to her about the behavior. But the manager was so unprofessional and rude towords me and tried to treat us like we were do not deserve to come at hungry jacks and place a order her, I am feeling so down and insulted to come back to that particular hungry jacks again.
