Really bad customer service from the manager that was there today. I bought a Ultimate burger box and asked for a hot and spicy piece of chicken instead of the original piece that you usually get.
I sat down to eat my meal and as I got to the chicken I took a bite and realised it was cold, I went to the front counter and the staff member at the front counter went to get the manager, she came across very unwelcoming and inconvenienced with my complaint.
All she said was what do you want and as I told her the issue she threw the box ubruptly on the counter behind her, she didn’t even say another word to me, no apology not a thing!! Refunded me $3 for the piece of chicken, which I understood as it was only the chicken that was the problem. What I was annoyed about is that there was no apology and bad customer service from the Manager. Not good enough I will not be going to this establishment next time, will be picking the many other fast food places in Canelands. Sad thing is they don’t care either because people will just keep going there and they won’t get any...
Read moreTook my grandson for his birthday lunch during our shopping trip. Firstly, the young fella on the checkout looked like he'd rather be anywhere else but there. Then he didn't give me a receipt with my order number and said machine didn't print it out. Verbally told me the order number. Not long after I saw him getting the girl who was flat out filling orders change the paper in the machine for him. While waiting for my order, two wrongly filled orders were bought back to the counter. One of them being a burger which the young fella put back in where all the burgers that were processed and waiting to go out in orders were. A lightning flash must have went off in his head because he then took it out of the tray of new ones. During all the chaos the two girls filling the orders never stopped chatting between themselves. So after all this my order was also wrong. Grandsons burger which was ordered as an original was spicy. My chicken wings were cold, due to sitting in bag while the girls were filling multiple orders at a time....
Read moreOrdered on the clunky KFC App, took 10 minutes to get the order correct, ordered a family feast with 3 large Potato & Gravy's, 15 pieces of chicken and 18 nuggets and 2 x large chips, clicked that I was in restaurant but was still 5 minutes away, got to the counter and they hadn't even commenced packing the order, waited another 15 minutes (this is definitely not fast food), serving person put in 6 small Potato and Gravy's only, advised them of what my actual order was, they added another 3 small Potato and Gravy's, drove home with order (30 kilometres), when opened only had 10 pieces of chicken and 16 nuggets, now this is just basic maths to be able to count the required items, should not have to open all boxes at the counter and count chicken pieces and nuggets to double check the order, this is bordering on fraud by taking peoples money without supply the goods, will...
