Kossie's Ensoku — Restaurant in Queensland

This is my third experience with my family at ensoku in the past two weeks. Our first experience we came in late and super hungry, we were not turned away like the other restaurants in Bundaberg. We were catered too with a warm smile and freshly made food. We had curry bowls, freshly made boneless chicken with the most delicious sweet and spicy sauce and a watermelon soda. The second time we went, we had two large curry bowls with sides and again the service was exceptional. The third time we got take away, it came out fast and fresh again and because of that I felt this place deserves a review. The owners are hard workers that love what they do, the atmosphere to the place was spectacular and the seating was spacious. It was very family friendly. The lady staff (cashier, server) does not deserve to be in the hospitality industry-does not smile, only nice and enthusiastic to people her color, I said a couple of thank you but did not get any response so I did the same thing when I went out of the resto. It was 2PM (Dec 1,2022) and there was a lady who wants to dine and the same staff raised her voice in unprofessional and rude manner stating that the kitchen is closed. It was shocking since she was a potential customer plus there were other customers dining in.
