McDonald's — Restaurant in Queensland

Dropped in this morning for a coffee. After ordering I noticed 2 boxes of pre-made ham cheese and tomato sandwiches sitting on the barista counter. They were sitting in open plastic containers and temperature in the restaurant was easily 20+. These boxes were on the counter when I walked in at 5:52 and still there at 6:08am when I walked out, clearly not to worried about food standards.

It took 16 minutes to get a sausage and egg McMuffin and a coffee and Double cheese burger with extra pickles. I received a single cheese burger with 2 slices of cheese and no pickles, sausage McMuffin with no egg. Honestly how hard is it?

A very tall and young dark haired, glasses wearing store manager was well out of his depth and wait times for both walk-in and drive though we're 10+ minutes.

Another worker, not in uniform was cleaning the frozen drinks machine. A black bucket with soapy water was being used for the clean. The manager as above was inundated and called for the worker out of uniform to help with service. This worker did as asked and moved from cleaning a drinks machine to serving food with little more than a wipe of his hands on his pants.

Unacceptable hygiene at the best of times let alone during this covid situation. Needless to say that's the last visit I'll make...

Ordered 3 large meals. A mc crispy with decaying lettuce as shown in picture. 1.all 3 chips were half full,after asking for them to be topped up,they were topped up with cold stale chips intop of hot fresh ones. 2.the young boy swiped the monopoly ticket off th cup and when I told him off for it he tried some excuse about it not being a valid drink yet have me a new cup anyway. 3.asked for truffle sauce and ended up with sweet mustard so after asking for them to fix my order twice already before leaving drive trhu window, I still had to go back in for a sauce... if I've removed mustard from every burger I ordered why the he'll would I want mustard for my nuggs? Refer to image mc crispy was dry and cold as if it had been cooked ages ago,covered in old wilted grey lettuce, ended up giving to my dog... I understand it was busy 330pm but when I'm at the oay window and I tell the server I wanted my chips to be full this time because multiple times I've paid extra for large and got a half full cup then still end up with 3xhalf full chip cups and food that wasn't fresh cooked. How is it not hot fresh chips and chicken when your having a large turn over of...

We were in line for 21 minutes couldn't just reverse as there were cars behind us. As we were lined up at the exit lane there was absolutely no cars driving out. After about 15minutes I said to my husband someone is held at the windows to collect there order, if the manager on duty was paying attention they would of noticed that the line wasn't moving and the person waiting for their order had half a brain would of used the lane to the side to park and wait for a stuff to bring his order out. But no that was too simple. Finally the car that was holding everyone up finally parked to the side as they should of done 20 minutes before. Finally got to try and order, had to wait another 5 minutes for the girl to finally ask us what we wanted. And no ther person in the other lane also wasn't ordering. Whether he had already ordered, I don't know but he wasn't talking. Manager on shift that afternoon really requires more training. MacDonald you really need to pick...
