USE TO always be my go to for years. Now they’re not good and I’m not happy with anything I got from there. My special fried rice was filled with so much salt and my meat combo was the wrong one and also had TWO pieces of short hair found in it…Did a complaint call and they didn’t take it very professionally, I had to hang up on them in the end. Started off the call nicely with how I was a regular customer and how usually everything is great and then eventually I said, “Did you guys purposely put a whole bunch of salt in this to make it taste bad?” lady replies “Yeahh!”. We first got takeaway from here about 3 weeks ago. I enjoyed my meal, but my Partner had the Pad Thai, which he gets whenever he can. He had a few mouthfuls and did not finish it as he said it was bland. We went again last night. We phoned through our order and were told 15 minutes. We arrived to collect 20 minutes later, and were asked to wait a few minutes as it was almost ready. I waited 15 minutes and heard other numbers being called that were after me, so I asked if our order was ready. It had been sitting to the side, ready, the whole time I was waiting. Ordered straight off the board, and picked up. Item count was correct, but on arriving home 45minutes away, the two main dishes were nothing like we ordered, in fact, cannot even find anything on the menu pictures close to what we ordered.
