I asked my husband to order me a beef bibimbap and a seafood pancake. He was certain that he ordered beef. When picking up the food, the server handed him both the bibimbap and the seafood pancake together. Although the lid of the takeaway box was transparent, the seafood pancake was placed on top of the box, and my husband took it without checking. When he drove home and we opened it, I realized it was chicken bibimbap, not beef. I was really upset.
As a customer, I am not obligated to check if the order is correct. Shouldn't the staff, especially when packing takeaway orders, be responsible for double-checking everything? A heartfelt thank you for an exceptional...
