Can't say the young lass with glasses was the best for the closing shift. Idk what time the place closes. 1550 approached to ask for coffee. Her shoulders slumped and she sighed. Great, I feel real welcome here. I asked for long black coffee extra shot no sugar. When she said it back it was with 1 sugar. I repeated the order again. Payed and sat down to wait. She didnt even ask if that was for dine in or take away. She served up a flat white. I said sorry but I asked for a long black. The attitude was not apologetic for the mistake, it was just that of annoyance. Am I supposed to feel guilty she got the order wrong? I should have confirmed with her when I got the remade coffee that it was extra shot. Because of course it was not extra shot like I asked.

Is it even worth writing this review? Is this the same young girl with glasses I now see that there are bad reviews about? So does it even mean anything when you say you will report it to the operations manager? Evidently not as she is still providing poor customer service. Overall my experience was u pleasent and I am left wishing I had just gone to Mecca's instead. They may dither around and make me wait, but at least they don't get my order wrong multiple times.

Edit: I ended up tipping out half my coffee. It just isn't enjoyable when it isn't what you ordered. Really feel like I wasted my money there.

Edit 2: I made a mistake before thinking there were multiple bad reviews about the same girl when in fact it is just the 1☆ review by Lynn from 3 weeks ago. More than once is still pretty bad tho. I will be rather disappointed if the response I recieve about her is the same copy paste "we will pass on your comments to our operations manager" that you give to every other bad review you...

On Saturday I ordered an Iced Caramel Latte to take away. The service was great and my coffee was made quickly.

I reached my car and took a sip from my drink only to find they had used caramel fudge sauce, not a syrup. So I copped a nice big sip of pure caramel fudge- now don't get me wrong... I like caramel but not that much! I tried my best to mix the fudge in, but it stayed separated at the bottom. The rest of the experience was great, but my drink wasn't what I asked for...

Called in for a coffee and brunch. Coffee was nice as was wife's iced chocolate. Service was very ordinary and meal was worse. We had a steak sandwich to share. DO NOT ORDER THE STEAK SANDWICH.
