McDonald's Spearwood II — Restaurant in Spearwood

Stop by to get a quick bite on my way to my friend's house. How do you write a McDonald's really? I've never found that one was way better than any of the others or whatever the lower the prices are too far. The price of a frappe at this McDonald's is way less than in North Perth. But The thing about McDonald's is you know what you're going to get for the main part and what I got was what you get. I'm really pissed off about the frappes thing in those paper cups now though I feel like they're not as tasty anymore + I don't know why that is. Also, I fear that because you can no longer see the cream and chocolate sauce on top, They may be skimping on it relative to how it used to be. I mean that's probably what I would do if I was into making money + was being forced to change from plastic to paper cups. Because even if you take the lid off you can't really assess how much cream and chocolate sauce there was on there cuz half of it is stuck to the lid.

Glad they made those paper straws stronger. I wish boost juice...

My two-year-old grandson got locked in the play area at McDonalds in Spearwood and they couldn’t find the keys! The security door into the side of the play area was locked. I told a male employee it was locked and asked him to get the keys and open it so I could get my distraught grandson out. He didn’t come back and instead was working in the kitchen. I was really angry and went to the front counter and demanded someone open the safety door because by this time my grandson was really distressed and yelling for me. The manager finally came down with some keys but none of them opened the gate!!! She left so I ended up climbing into the play area to try and bring my grandson down. I hurt my back in the process because it was such a small confined space I had to climb into and manoeuvre up to the top to finally get my grandson and bring him down. This is inexcusable. The new McDonald's has a pretty strange design especially at the front ordering desk, where everyone seems to be hiding out the back, l waited there 5 minutes to get served, and then waited 10 minutes for my hamburger and small fries to be ready, and then when I receiving the order it was stone cold like always, I didn't bother to complain because I probably would have been waiting there another 10 minutes to get served. They always take priority over the drive-thru and ubereats, anyone who chooses to dine in there is left in limbo most of the time.. Also the prices they charge you,you should almost be getting served your food with them wearing a tuxedo. I suppose it's same s*different day with all these fast food outlets, hopefully one day I'll learn my lesson and never ever step foot in...
