Make sure you indulge in some of the amazing baked goods that comes out of this small, local shop... Highly recommend a stop over for some hot pies, sausage rolls or incredible Danish pastry and wide variety of breads. Make no mistake this is not your average, soggy, run of the mill sausage rolls and pies; this is as gourmet as it gets and the place is packed most of the times. The pics can't do the great quality justice no matter how great they look... So much so that next time I visit Adelaide, I will drive out to this place to start off a great day of driving around and enjoying the great local offerings.

This is a great little gourmet style bakery. The classic pretzel sandwich is a massive win, filled with fresh ingredients and the pretzel bread takes it to another level!! There is some outside seating but none inside. The other baked good are tasty and fresh. The chocolate and glazed doughnuts are a must have as well. The staff are very polite and friendly.

Liberal bakery in Stirling, a little hidden away from the Main St. The usual bakery product lines which are always good quality, as well as fresh sandwiches and rolls, cakes ect. The coffee was quite good, there is outdoor seating which is nice in the sunny weather, just be careful of the wasps. Worth a look.

Peculiar experience today, as I entered the store, I held the door open for a few other customers entering the store as well as one employee.

Upon entering I walked into the corner of the store next to the drink machine where three wet floor signs were lined up, I walked past these carefully assuming that it was due to other customers leaving wet or muddy foot prints as it is a wet day. However, upon looking at the cakes, one of the bakers rolled her eyes and looked very upset.

Seeing this, my mum asked what the problem was and joked asking if the pie we had just ordered through the other baker was something she was hoping to buy, and the worker responded stating that she had just mopped there in a very disappointed and annoyed way.

We ignored this and continued with our order, talking to the other lady who was lovely and served us, being very kind. Just before leaving, another older lady entered the store and went to the cake section as well, to which this same baker rolled her eyes when walking to serve her and said ‘what cake do you want?’ In a snappy tone, to which the lady replied with ‘I’m not sure’ and was immediately followed with another snappy response of ‘ok well I need to go back to finish some things’.

Overall I understand that this worker could be having a bad day and I am understanding of this, but to act in such a hostile way over what was around 1 square meter of floor to be re-mopped, to not only us but another customer when the floor already had to be re-mopped was ridiculous and leaves a bad impression on us associated...

Staff not friendly. I asked for a large box to put my Xlarge donut in. I was told no. I pointed to the boxes ready made on display near the back and asked nicely if I may have one of those. I was told grumpily, I could have one of those but it was an extra charge of $2. Which I then paid at the time but from that rude experience I will never come back again. I constantly get cakes for my business colleagues but make sure it’s other businesses in the area I patronage. The box is...
