Shocked is best description of how utterly filthy and run down the store was. Everything - walls, floors, door, fittings just caked with grime. Only padded seat was slashed open and falling apart. I was with a group which is only reason I did not leave immediately. Could not enjoy small cup of ice cream purchased as kept wondering just how bad the food prep and kitchen areas were if the public areas were so neglected. I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and was shocked when I turned up and this is the cake I got - it looks nothing like the picture in the book. After complaining to Baskin Robbins head office, they apologised and gave me an $80 store credit which I thought was very generous and I appreciated. We just turned up to the Subi store, ordered some ice creams and asked to use the credit. Hi, it’s been twice this week ordering on Uber eats and I couldn’t reach your store or Uber eats. First order never came and last nights order only half the order arrived. I’m concerned if the staff aren’t putting the entire meal in the delivery or if it is being stolen but twice in a week is very upsetting.
