The restaurant had a very nice atmosphere upon entry :) great music choices along with some good wall paintings to further add to the setting. Me and my partner had booked in advance for the seating, which seemed to be an essential. We ordered carbonara and gnocchi, along with an entree, and waited. It was busy, and we ended up pending for food for quite a while, mainly due to most of the food needing to be cooked via pan. The waitress Victoria made our night for Valentines however, recommending a wine to me that was phenomenal, having good conversation whenever she could, and for the end of the night sliding us chocolate on the checkout. She had her plate full with work, however, but she clearly tended to each customer with attention, and did her best with professional service. The food itself was amazing 0-0 the wait was long, but very glad we waited for the meal. The kitchen stayed open past close just because of the business, allowing time for everyone to get their food and order a little extra. Overall, great service, great food, great atmosphere! Will definitely come back, and hopefully have a couple more companions to share the table with :)

Our first time visiting, so we were excited to try somewhere new. The entry wasn't very well sign posted, but that was ok. We obviously found it. Upon entering we were VERY quietly greeted and shown to a table near some other patrons. The seating space is very large, but only a few tables were occupied. We were given food menus and left alone (no drinks menu provided), so grabbed a couple of drinks menus from a nearby empty table. Had to waive a waiter down 10 mins later to request drinks. My wife ordered a glass of wine and I ordered a beer. The other waiter (dressed in track pants) walked over and poured the wine. The first waiter brought the beer over a few mins later. At that point we ordered our meals: a bruscetta to share and a main meal each - Seafood linguine and the lasagne. My wife couldn't eat the bruscetta at all - as it was fully loaded with garlic. Her lasagne was SO salty, it was almost inedible. My linguine was ok, but my beer had run dry and not a waiter to be seen. Given the price point, the service and food were well below par. Not recommended.

Cute vintage Italian restaurant. Let me just say that Victoria is super polite excellent customer service. We initially wanted take away n she convinced us to relax and eat in. Was great being a Sunday night wasn't super busy and food came quickly. We ordered the brushetta. Was good but just needed that balsamic drizzle to take it to the next level. The kids meal spaghetti Bolognese was just right. I ordered the cabonara di pollo was nice. The lemon sorbet needed the extra lemon tang and sorry to say tasted like a frozen lemonade icey pole crush and the cassata mmm just wasn't right. I think it was to frozen and little softer and the dessert would have tasted better. Overall something's could just bring it to the next level. Victoria you are an asset to anyone that employees you. You care about the customer.

Am so disappointed, we have been there a couple of times before and the male manager at that time was brilliant, he could not have helped more. Went there a week or so ago the waitress (might I add the only one on) was polite to start off with, when asked could she turn down the air con shook her head but obliged. We ordered our entrees which came out in good time despite her being the only one on the floor with around 20 people seated. Now this is where everything went downhill!! We finally got the attention of the waitress to place our mains, we wanted the rack of lamb which was amazing last 2 times, reply "sorry no rack of lamb manager says too expensive", we ordered what other mains were available. 1 1/2 hrs later they arrived, thankfully we were able to bring our own wine. Although once again the guys had to wait to get there other bottles of beer (1) Zero (1) Peroni Then disaster, I ordered Chicken Scallopini as I dont like Veal, which they were accommodating, other person ordered the Veal, when they came out both were less than warm, more like cold! she could see the amount of food that was left on plate. Other 2 people ordered pasta meals once again less than appealing! Unsure what was happening in the kitchen as it was all happening in the dining room. I got the waitress's attention and tried to explain to her the problem with the food not being hot, she then accused me of being a liar, she said had heard bell and went straight to pick up the meals. There was another lady from the kitchen coming out to deliver some meals by this stage. Once again she kept repeating You are LIAR just because I am Asian you cant discriminate, by this stage the poor people that were waiting for their meals must have been thinking when are our meals coming. Final insult to injury went to pay as we had Entertainment Voucher, she then says no no no we dont accept that! My friend went to ring her daughter who is a lawyer, all of a sudden waitress says ok ok I give this time but never come back here again. HAVE A GUESS WHAT!!!!! NEVER...

Came out here for Valentines day with my partner~ the food was absolutely AMAZING! The wait time was quite long and if it werent for it being a romantic valentine’s dinner probably wouldve been a bit more upset about it. But considering the important date and the amount of customers it was understandable. The staff were incredibly friendly and despite the wait made sure we were well tended to and happy. Victoria in particular really made our night special and was non stop on the go! victoria’s recommendation on a wine was spot on and my partner and I both actually enjoyed a wine for the first time in a while! I also got a strawberry cosmopolitan cocktail which was quite yum! The bruschetta was WOW and the pasta mains were soooo goooood! The gnocchi salsa special was just incredible! The carbonara was a lil average for the price personally but ive been pretty spoilt with good carbonaras before. The atmosphere was really lovely during the night, the music choices really added to the aesthetic. There are really pretty paintings of scenes out of a window beside some tables which made it quite beautiful.

Overall for a short read: -little pricey but well worth it -very long wait -absolutely delicious food!!!! -Victoria was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable -nice atmosphere and paintings -good place for a date❤️

Legit would be 5 stars if it werent for the...

We dined at this Italian restaurant last night with my wife and our two young kids, hoping for a pleasant family meal. The service started on a positive note with a friendly and kind waitress, which set our expectations high.

Unfortunately, the experience quickly took a downturn. We ordered a garlic bread as a starter, and after a 40-minute wait, it finally arrived. With two hungry kids, this was a challenging wait, especially since the starter was a simple dish.

When the food came, it was a letdown. My four-year-old ordered chicken tenders and chips, but the single tender served was processed grey meat that I wouldn’t let him eat. The chips were alarmingly salty—almost inedible.

As for my wife and me, we opted for a meat pizza that was far from authentic Italian. The base had a texture reminiscent of shortbread and was excessively salty. We also ordered a side of vegetables and salad, which arrived 10 minutes after our mains; we decided to send it back.

Regrettably, the night didn’t end well. We were all up multiple times, needing drinks to counter the overwhels of our dinner. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience that left us longing for a true...
