Domino's Pizza Caloundra — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this time I had to stop and give credit where it’s due.

A huge shoutout to the incredible young man who served us and the awesome team behind him! The service and the food, felt like stepping back in time to when quality and genuine hospitality were the norm, not the exception especially at a fast food outlet.

We ordered dinner for our family while on holiday four pizzas, garlic bread, and a drink and every item was spot on and it was Fast! Even at around 6pm when we ordered! Fresh, full of flavour, and actually receiving service that made the whole experience even better.

It’s clear that the manager on this shift knows what they’re doing to create such a well-run and welcoming team who should be proud of the service from start to finish.

So Angry 😡 and disappointed with the service my adult son and I received. Our pizza’s were never delivered to our address, rang an hour later they said it had been delivered. Which we did not receive our pizza’s. Than he asked for it to be delivered again as we never received pizza’s. He described house, vehicles out the front, said to ring mobile so it got to the right person, time went by still no pizza. They were insisting it had been delivered again, which it hadn’t. The stuff member on the phone kept talking over him and not listening to the customer. The Manager wouldn’t even come to phone to discuss our concerns. So I was about to drive there to get a refund which eventually they said they would refund our money. We have never had a problem before with delivery. I will never go back to...

I have just had the worst experience with your store, I tried to order my pizza on line , but guess what our address dosent come up in your system ( you have delivered here in the past) we have only lived here 18 years. So I call the store to place my order, then to be told the discount code is for on line , I explained why I had to call , so the guy checks with his manager, yes they can do it . I place my order having to repeat it over and over , then was told it was $36 dollars , the voucher was $33 dollars , he then says I can upgrade it to include sides for $47 dollars, um not thanks, then was told the price for the 3 pizzas was $63 dollars, I said no you said $36 dollars, he said oh I made a mistake it $63 dollars wow no thanks , you have now lost a long...
