Domino's Pizza Coolum — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

I am a local and WAS a regular customer at DOMINO'S in COOLUM until I way I was treated tonight by CAMERON THE OWNER.. he was soo aggressive to me and extremely rude, yet it was Domino Coolums error, not mine. He abused his lovely young staff member who delivered my pizza aswell. I specifically said I had to pay eftpos and it's even listed on receipt but Cam obviously doesn't have enough eftpost facilities for customers and blamed his staff member for it, yet he should provide the machine, I could go on all night about the atroshish service,most appalling customer service I have ever had. Bottom line is I rang n ordered at 5.36pm and was told 20 to 30mins max but it arrived n it took over 1hr to resolve, resulting in cold pizza,I was asked to wait to pay for pizza with eftpos, 1st he said later tonight then he said can I wait 10mins for eftpos machine to arrive from another driver, I stood out the front with deliver man for a good 20 minutes n then I rang n complained it should be free as good as good customer service cause its Domino Coolum error. CAM ABUSED ME N SAID TO LISTEN TO HIM N I CAN HAVE PIZZA FOR FREE BUT DON'T EVER COME BACK TO HIS STORE, I TOLD HIM I WOULDN'T WANT TO CAUSE HES A P##CK N HE HUNG UP ON ME. RUDE, ABUSIVE,UNPROFESSIONAL COLD PIZZA,OVER 1HR WAIT TIME ETC. I DON'T RECOMMEND EVER BUYING FROM DOMINO'S COOLUM, ITS NOT THE 1ST TIME CAMS BEEN RUDE EITHER. 5 Stars – Best Domino’s in Town!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – this Domino’s is hands-down the best takeaway pizza spot around. The staff are always friendly, respectful, and genuinely go the extra mile. On the rare occasion something’s gone wrong, they’ve been quick to fix it without any fuss – real customer service that’s hard to come by these days.

What really stands out is the consistency – whether we order online or pop in, it’s always a great experience. The manager even remembers customers by name, which adds such a personal touch and makes you feel genuinely valued.

We’ve even got friends who skip their local Domino’s just to come to this one – it’s that good. Quality food, top service, and a team that clearly cares. Couldn’t...

Called up late on thursday evening. Wasnt sure if we would even get a pizza at that time of night. The friendly guy answered and assured me a home delivery was no problem. Absolute legend. This alone gives them a 10 out of 10. As advised our pizzas arrived exactly 20 mins later and delivery guy was friendly . The pizzas we ordered were outstanding !! Loaded with fresh toppings, piping hot, and clearly made by someone who cares about their customer. Remarkable quality, awesome service and a pleasure to deal with.
