Firstly, I would like to give a huge shout out to the wonderful Flynn ellem for his exceptional customer service skills. On Wednesday, I entered the store searching for a toilet as I desperately needed to release bodily fluids in order to avoid an embarrassing situation. Flynn ellem,who was at the time serving a customer, instantly noticed me, and without hesitation, he acted swiftly to assist me with my concerns. Because the toilets were locked, he reached for his pockets and grabbed out a lock pick set, and proceeded to pick the lock for me. No amount of thanks will do this young man justice for his act of bravery and kindness may have saved my life. Though I do apologise for the mess that was made in the end toilet. That, I admit, was not the kindest act on my behalf, and was not reflective of my true self, only one that, in the moment, had no other thoughts but to survive.
Secondly, I would like to use this opportunity to show appreciation to the beautifully crafted, pristine, and hands down best playground that I have come across in the entire 56 years that I have lived. The twists and turns had me guessing and engaged the entire hour I spent on it. Ounce, I reached the top, I was amazed by the stunning view of downtown nambour, the plastic window gave. I simply couldn't believe the beauty I had the privilege of viewing. The only issue I found with the playground was that there were too many children, and because of this, I felt very anxious and claustrophobic. There should be a sign enforced that warns children to be aware of others and be respectful. Multiple times, I had to ask a child to leave because they weren't respecting my right to enjoy my time.
Lastly, on the topic of food. I was quite displeased with my order. I had asked the kind young lady for a vegan filet o fish, and then she proceeded to tell me that was not possible. I then accepted this refusal and then asked for a vegan hamburger. She also told me this was not possible. And then I thought to myself, "okay let's be patient" and I tried again. This time, I asked for vegan nuggets. She then proceeded to tell me that was not possible. So I gave up and settled on an oreo mcflurry. I cannot believe the lack of vegan options for us vegans. I have not consumed a non vegan product in my 56 years of living, and I never will !! I will not be back! I certainly will be back to the playground, though.

I used to work at a McDonald's so i know the standards and the quality the food is supposed to meet but time and time again at this McDonald's disappoints me with their cold food, messy packaging, and incorrect items or missing items. I ordered food through DoorDash and I ordered a triple cheese burger meal but the fries were cold and rubbery so they'd been sitting for well over 7 minutes which is when you're supposed to waste them and have fresh fries, the 10:1 beef patty was dry, cold, and rubbery so that too had been sitting far longer than it should before it got wasted, the nuggets too. How can you serve nuggets that are stone cold and almost solid. Yes the nuggets are supposed to be crispy but these were like cardboard and not crisp at all. I also ordered 2 sundaes and 1 was correct but a large hot fudge is supposed to have 2 pumps of chocolate. 1 on top and 1 on the bottom. I received 1 pump on the top and the ice cream was just over halfway. My partner got a happy meal but once again the fries, cold and rubbery, the 10:1 on the cheeseburger, cold, dry, and rubbery, and our drinks were the closest thing to correct. I know it's an automated machine that dispenses the coke but it needs to be calibrated to fill it the correct amount which they were not. All the drinks were partially empty. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention the staff is incompetent. Apparently they're not allowed to serve at the counter so they don't know how to operate it and the management when I was there did absolutely nothing and were losing car after car because they weren't completing the orders within the timeframe. The staff, although young, were just replicating their management. There are plenty of better McDonald's and if it were possible I'd shut this one down and do a full revamp, because customer service is just...

Brought a breakfast meal, bacon and egg muffin meal with a side of small fries. Received them had sat down to eat, when pulling out my fries they were absolutely disgusting. They were that hard and old it wasnât funny. I went back in to ask for a fresh set of small fries. The young girl that was working was absolutely beautiful about it and went and asked for a new set. I waited over 10 minutes and still nothing. The young lady came and asked if I had received my small fries. Which I had than I said no. She than went back and asked the manager where my fries were. She came back out and said I would receive my small fries and 3 free hash browns with my order. I said thank you and went a sat back down to wait. The young lady came over with my 3 free hash browns when she than told me that the chips were going to take 3 minutes. I waited another 10mins and still no chips. I couldnât wait any longer I had an appointment to go to. But I wanted to say thank you for the young lady trying to make things right. But this McDonaldâs definitely a needs new staff or some type of upgrade to their system...
