P'Nut Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

Disappointed this visit yesterday. We ordered laksa and nasi goreng. The nasi goreng was too burnt to eat it. We told the waitress that it was too burnt and when I was coming back to the table, I heard she said yeah it's blahblah. I guess they knew it's too burnt. Of course they knew because the colour and smell everything told it was brunt not even well cooked. We also knew as soon as we got food. We smelled something burnt and thought it might be because they did not wash the wok probably and that was burnt. But no, that was food. The colour was obviously black. We should have taken a photo of it. As we asked the waitress to get a new one, we got one but this one was not burnt but not tasty. I think it was undercooked probably they were afraid of burning again? Because it was watery. This is the third visit but probably we won't come back because of poor customer service.. the waitress was great but I think kitchen is not organised properly. However...

DO NOT ever order Door Dash from this store! I ordered at 7:23pm to be told at 8:45pm that my order had not been cooked even though the app said it was confirmed with the store. The store would not answer it’s phone when called the only reason I was able to speak to someone was that my ‘Dasher’ put me on the phone with them and they told me a new staff member confirmed my order and didn’t let anyone know of it. Very poor service not only cause my family waited over and hour for nothing but also made our driver wait for nothing. I have been to this store numerous times before and the food is great but this is it for me I won’t be going back, this was absolutely piss poor communication on all accounts. If I could give no stars I would. Extremely disappointed in P nut. My family and friends have been coming to you for several years, my Take away meal today disgusting- I ordered and payed $21 dollars for a tiny box- yes the price had gone up $3 in 6 months, box was smaller/shrinkage. The order was "Cashew nut noodles, chicken and NO Onion" The young guy was not listening, he said they had run out of usual noodles, I agreed to the replacement of tiny noodles. My meal came out, l had a 40 minute drive home with box of tiny noodles 96%; 4 small carrots sticks, 2 zucchini slices, ONIONS!!!!, few small chicken pieces- it went in the bin.
