I rarely write negative reviews but the recent experience at Subway was absolutely shocking. The girl who served me was not happy to be there, had a sour attitude but that was just the beginning. She somehow messed up my wrap while grilling it and it came undone with the contents falling out in total mess. She looked frustrated and brought it back and practically “dumped” it on the counter. Looking at the mess of teriyaki chicken and vegetables in a half burnt wrap, I inquired politely if she was going to get a new wrap? She was further annoyed with my question and grabbed a new wrap, threw it on the counter and proceeded to pick the disgusting mess of contents of the previous wrap with her fingers and throw them on to the new wrap!!! I was utterly shocked and said I do not need that mess of a wrap and proceeded to the counter to pay for the rest of my order. At this point she grabbed the wrap and from where she stood near the counter, threw it to bin and stomped out of the room! The only other customer in the shop was as shocked as I was and remarked you can’t expect anything better from staff who haven’t received a proper training! Few minutes Kate another staff member, a young man came out and asked in a dismissive tone what was the matter. When I explained patiently, , all he could say was that the wrap would have still tasted the same irrespective of how it was made or looked! Really? Read moreI would not recommend this Subway as I have tried to organise a refund and the boy who is working there keeps on hanging up on me, he is very rude and will not pass me onto his manager. My granddaughter placed an online order for delivery from Buderim Subway and after the order went through it came back as pick up, When we requested a refund we were told by the person working that he would organise this after he finished his orders and then he hung up on me. After making several attempts to to contact him he finally answered the phone and said we could get a refund through the app I ask how to do this and he promptly hung up on me again. I have since left messages and tried to contact him again but he is not answering the phone. I would apricate getting the refund and for someone to contact me as my granddaughter works on weekend to earn pocket money and she cannot afford to waste money. Read more1 star ONLY for the food! Went to this branch for 1st time and was served by young woman that only made eye contact with me once. Rest of the 3 sandwich order she was soooo rushed and made it abundantly clear she had better stuff to do than to serve me. Not even made the effort like all the other branches to mark the sandwich packages on the outside - I had to ask and then she remarked that I should have asked for it before she wrapped them - you should use your common sense girl - how is a customer to know from similar packaging what’s inside?! I also had 3 drinks which I had to ask for a bag as well - my word: how was I supposed to carry 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks by myself - this girl should be taught serious customer service!!!!
