The Beach Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Sunshine Coast Regional

Our first visit was on 2nd Jan 2023 and we were very impressed! Loved the food! Hubby had a steak burger and chips, I had chicken nuggs and chips and neither of us were disappointed! I actually can't wait to come back so I can try the steak burger but I'll have to work up an appetite because it's a proper burger that will fill you up with real steak and all the good stuff! The chips were unique with a really yum seasoning with a side of delicious aoli, nuggs nice and golden! I wish I could have fit more chips or asked for a take away box but I'll just have to come back asap for more. Staff were Beasts pumping out orders with a packed holiday crowd and did it with an awesome attitude which made for a great atmosphere, tables were properly cleaned after people left them as well which to me is a must but not enough places keep on top like these guys do and to top it off the beach omg😍 Thanks guys, keep it up!👍 P.s. Best parmy on the coast by far.. We decided to have some starters and ended up settling on the mini beef mignons and a rib topper to try. We also ordered a hog and a beach parmy to try . We were pleasantly supprised at the size of the starters when they arrived and the flavours were simply to die for. The bbq flavour was a tad overwelming but as a starter I didn't care because the meat was falling off the bone and my mouth wouldn't stop salivating. When the parmy's arrived we knew we have hit the jackpot, they were big full of flavour and I can easily say the best on the coast. Having 6 differnt options gives you freedom and certaily helps when choosing drinks. The resturant/bar had a nice ambience and wasn't too noisy or overcrowded for a friday night. Wow! Tucked up a flight of stairs between restaurants we found this great gem! With the windows open and a light breeze we sat with a good view of the water. We wanted a steak for a change to eating seafood and we were very impressed with the quality, size and thickness of the eye fillet which was cooked medium. Sauces of Diane and Mushroom very nice. The accompanying salad and chips were delicious and we both vote it our best restaurant for lunch or dinner during the 6 day stay! It was quiet here mid week and the staff attentive but not intrusive as we could walk up and order food and pay, which meant no pressure to tip extra after meals.
