3rd time here and every single time they have stuffed up. Iv asked for a small chino with extra shot and only 3/4 full. I emphasized only a dash of milk, but a super strong coffee. Its come out like a cup of tea. A girl gave it to me and then went to take it back cause she said "oh forgot the other shot". A guy working there said "nah its right. The shots in there". I then looked at it n said "are you sure? It looks milky". He's assured me. So i tasted it n threw it straight in the bin. Tastes like milk with a hint of something. Cannot believe how fast this chain is going down hill! Zarraffas used to be the go to for guaranteed good coffee lately it is so touch and go it’s not worth the risk. Have just received my order for a caramel latte, no caramel present in the drink at all and a double shot is not supposed to taste as though you never change the grind in the group head.
