We got the add on for welcome platter and 2 cocktails on arrival with our hotel stay. On arrival we went up to the roof and showed the staff member the coupon card, we were told to go sit until she serves us. After waiting 20 minutes of watching the staff member do nothing but stand behind the bar and talk to other staff members. i approached the bar to see if i can place order or ask if she can serve us, she responded with what do we want. After ordering our platter and cocktails we went and sat down. after another 20- 30 minutes we decided to change seats so i went up to the staff member to advise her of the seat changes. the staff member responded with no worries when the platter arrival i will let them know, i said and the drinks because we still haven't received our drinks. She responded with okay, what drinks did you order again... mentioned the cocktails we ordered. and she responded with oh yeah, i forgot to tell you the drink you ordered we don't have the ingredients, what other drink do you want. i have never experienced this service ever at a...

It's in a perfect location but unfortunately let down by chaotic service and bad food. After ordering (just 1 beer and 1 glass of wine) we were told it'd be brought to the table. Had to chase them up after 20 minutes or so. Made it obvious they weren't interested in serving you unless you ordered a cocktail.

We also made the mistake of ordering the 'bar snacks'. We again had to chase this up with the staff after long delays. The food that arrived was a really tasteless and bland 'pizza', a supermarket pizza would've been better. And luke warm chips without even a bit of salt. Asked for some chili or sauce to give it some taste, but that was forgotten too.

Some of the staff were making an effort to fix things, but it was obvious at least half of them (inclding whoever was in the kitchen) didn't know what they're doing. Could be a good bar with...

I’ve been here a few times now and I was extremely disappointed. My friend was visiting Sydney and I made a booking after my first experience running smoothly and no faults. As she was not a Sydney resident I wanted to impress her. I soon found out the hard way that this was definitely not the place to take her. We waited half an hour for a cocktail only for the waitress to approach us and tell us that they hadn’t even started making our cocktail. Originally we had planned to have a few cocktails here however due to the wait time on the first we left. After I expressed how I felt I was promised a refund which made the experience a little better only to discover after i had left that it was not a refund but a voucher to redeem one free cocktail.
